Every college, university and institute to use EduCloud
We are pleased to report the successful launch and adoption of EduCloud!
In June 2015, UBC and BCNET launched EduCloud Server, a low-cost virtual data centre for higher education institutions in B.C. Only three months post launch, we are pleased to report 100 per cent adoption of the service, so that every public, post-secondary institution in B.C. will use EduCloud. Free access to EduCloud Server is made possible by funding from the Ministry of Advanced Education in support of virtual data centre services for higher education in B.C.
