Trish Pekeles

Trish brings more than 30 years of senior executive leadership in strategic, financial, and operational management across complex public and private sector organizations. She has held senior leadership roles at BCIT, UBC, BC Hydro, and Vancouver Community College, where she led organization-wide transformation initiatives that strengthened financial sustainability, modernized operations, and advanced strategic priorities.

Kim Horn

Kim currently serves as the Assistant Deputy Minister and Executive Financial Officer (ADM & EFO) for the Ministry of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills, with responsibilities for corporate finance; records and Freedom of Information; funding, financial accountability and general operations for the public post-secondary education sector; emergency management; and information management.
