Curtis has 15 years of experience in the BC post-secondary sector and currently serves as the CFO & VP Corporate Services at Okanagan College. Curtis’s portfolio oversees the activities of Financial Services, Information Technology, Ancillary and Business Services, Campus Planning and Facilities Management, and serves as Treasurer of the Okanagan College Foundation. During his career in post-secondary Curtis has been involved in over $650M of major capital projects.

Matt Milovick is the Vice-President, Administration & Finance having served in that role since 2013. Matt has held senior and executive positions with various post-secondary institutions including Vice-President, Finance and Administration at the Ontario College of Art and Design University, Chief Financial Officer (Interim) and Vice-President, Operations and Strategic Development at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology (UOIT). He has also held diverse senior roles at Saint John’s College (University of New Brunswick Saint John) and York University.  

Wency Lum is the Associate Vice-President University Systems and Chief Information Officer (CIO) at the University of Victoria (UVic) and is responsible for the institution’s Information Technology (IT) strategy, policy, governance, and projects to enable UVic’s academic, research and administrative functions. Wency has held several IT leadership positions within the Government of British Columbia.

Glen has over 30 years of experience in information technology within the private and public sectors, in both technical and management roles. He was the manager of IT infrastructure at the University of Northern British Columbia, where he worked in various IT roles since 2002. Glen holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science as well as many certifications in networking and cloud technologies, and administrative management.

Gayle Gorrill was the Vice President Finance & Operations at the University of Victoria for 15 years. During that time, she was active across the sector including as President of CAUBO. She is currently the Past Chair of the Board of BCNET and previously was a member of a committee with CANARIE related to cybersecurity. She is currently on a number of other boards and committees including the Departmental Audit Committee for the National Research Council. Prior to UVic, Gayle held leadership positions at UCalgary and the Calgary Health Region.

Since 2016, Dennis has led the development of procurement strategies for BCNET’s higher education members, where he has doubled service adoption and participating spend. He directs a wide array of collaborative agreements across multiple categories, manages supplier relationships and leads all procurement activities for the organization. Dennis has years of leadership in procurement and extensive buyer experience prior to joining BCNET.

Anndra Graff is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of dedicated service at Northern Lights College (NLC). She has been vice president of finance and corporate services for ten years.

Jennifer Burns serves as the AVP Information Technology & CIO at the University of British Columbia (UBC). Jennifer is responsible for the delivery of enterprise IT services across UBC.
