High: Example: a failed/degraded service causing significant impact to member core business operations Within 2 hours
Medium: Example: a degraded/slow service causing moderate impact to member core business operations Within 4 hours
Low / Inquiry: Example: a degraded service that has low impact to member core business operations Within the next business day
