With the retirement of our current CEO, we are seeking a new individual to provide leadership to our highly successful, shared-service organization.

Overseeing an annual operating budget of $10 million, the BCNET CEO will play a key role in helping our organization and members navigate a wide range of options and developments in the coming years while maintaining and even improving existing services. As the primary representative and spokesperson for BCNET, the CEO will establish and foster effective and active external relationships and collaborations – with members, government, industry, vendors, and local and national partner organizations.

The ideal candidate is a technologically credible leader who brings experience from the post-secondary, public or private sector. Experience with member-based or shared service environments will be a distinct asset, as will be a track record of working with and supporting a diverse board. The CEO will bring exceptional relationship building and communications skills and will thrive in an environment where they can seamlessly operate at both a strategic and tactical level.
