Conducting thorough security, privacy, and compliance assessments is now more crucial than ever. Researchers often lack the necessary expertise to plan their projects with cybersecurity in mind and are turning to their institutions for support.

So, what can we as technology experts and research support professionals do to help researchers ensure research data and systems are protected and compliant? This interactive session will offer insights into the prevalent challenges researchers face during assessments and provide essential steps to help researchers prepare, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. Participants will also join in the discussion about their own experiences and tips, thus offering a fulsome learning opportunity for all.
