Ben Ferrel is currently working within the BC Ministry of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills as the Executive Director responsible for Digital Policy & Business Transformation. Ben brings to this role professional experience gathered working in both private and public sector, applying a variety of strategic policy approaches to promote the use of digital technologies to enhance learning experiences and support individuals in their lifelong learning journeys. Ben completed the Master of Educational Technology program from the University of British Columbia and continues to pursue lifelong learning opportunities personally and professionally.

Director, Policy and Engagement, Ministry of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills
Arielle Andrews is the Director of Policy and Engagement in the Digital Policy and Business Transformation branch of the Ministry of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills. In this role, Arielle supports digital learning in the post-secondary system and brings extensive public sector and digital delivery experience. Arielle studied Political Science and Gender Studies at the University of Victoria and is passionate about equity, diversity, and inclusion and integrating GBA+ into policy work.
