With over 9 years of experience in educational technology support, Tim has developed core skills in analytical thinking, process management, incident management, problem management, communication, documentation, and customer service. Tim believes in a coach-based leadership approach and in fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and wellbeing. Tim is an Associate Certified Coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation.

Barish Golland has been facilitating with Liberating Structures since 2015 and is co-chair of Liberating Structures Unleashed - Vancouver, a community of practice for facilitators. For the past 10 years, Barish has worked in the Higher Education sector in learning & development, change management and training.
