This session is a story about the journey that Thompson Rivers University (TRU) Information Technology Services division is on, to evaluate how we are today, and reimagine what we can become in the future. It is a story of changing mindsets, developing people, and improving technology that is impactful to the students and employees that we serve every day. We will be honest, transparent, and will encourage our participants to share their stories of successes and shortcomings. We will provide definitions, and illustrative examples of what good to great looks like, and how we have, and will continue to strive for great!
