Microsoft Teams is ubiquitous in the post-secondary sector, and Teams Calling in particular is either already deployed or being looked at as a serious option on many campuses. The rapid replacement of traditional telecommunications infrastructure by unified communications solutions brings about its own challenges and opportunities.

This AMA (Ask Me Anything) session will provide an open forum for IT leaders and professionals to share their experiences, ask technical and strategic questions, and discuss real-world challenges of replacing legacy phone systems. We will cover the warning signs of system failure, options for migration, cost considerations, and how to leverage BCNet resources.
