Many Canadian universities and colleges have invested in technologies without enabling their full capabilities. Software tools have basic functionality deployed, with opportunities to be leveraged to address fiscal and operational challenges. By viewing software and technology together, they can unleash much more potential. But where do you start?

This session will highlight thought leadership and examples from universities such as Emily Carr University of Art and Design, UBC Facilities, and the University of Toronto on how to better utilize the tools you have to address business process automation, security, and modernization to achieve a connected university.
