A.I. - Impact for Network Admins and IT Support

In support of one of the major themes of this year's BCNET Conference we will explore the role of A.I. in the networking and security technologies in Higher Education environments. We will discuss why A.I. is becoming such a 'buzz' across solution vendors, what A.I. IS and what A.I. IS NOT, along with the biggest opportunities are for positive impacts that current AI technologies can deliver to Network Admins and IT support organizations across the BCNET Membership.
