UBC's IT Department is recruiting for this full-time position to support the BCNET Advanced Network.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and expert knowledge of networks and demonstrated experience supporting them. Their primary responsibility will be to work closely with clients, address client requirements and design effective solutions to build their network connectivity environment with the BCNET Network.
