Vancouver Island University (VIU) is undertaking a strategic project to replace its legacy finance, human resources, payroll, and student systems with Unit4's cloud solution. This session will describe the initiation stage of this project, including the procurement process and our preparation activities. The presentation will include discussion of the following:
