Vancouver Island University (VIU) is undertaking a Network Remediation Project (NRP) to address over 20 years of network infrastructure technical debt. The project will deliver a scalable, secure, resilient and cloud ready network to support business, teaching and learning.

Together with our partners from Aruba, Compugen Inc. and Innovations Inc., we will share our experiences on Business Case creation (A Case for MAEST), Triple Constraint, BCNet Procurement, Contracts and Legal Considerations (Speed of Trust), Infrastructure Design and Implementation, Lessons Learned and next steps.
