RESERVE HOTEL STAY
The BCNET CONNECT Summit is pleased to offer sponsors and attendees a group discounted room rate at the Sheraton Wall Centre.

SUBMIT A SPEAKING PROPOSAL: DEADLINE - FEBUARY 4, 2025
- Platinum sponsors are allocated a 30-minute, concurrent speaking session at the main stage
- All Platinum sponsor sessions are scheduled on either Day 1 or 2
- Visit our track themes for the 2025 Summit's key themes
- Speakers and coordinators will be notified of their speaking date, time & room location
- We are unable to guarantee session dates/times
- We highly recommend vendor sessions that support learning for higher ed IT professionals, and presented with BCNET member institution/s. Please note your speaking abstract will be evaluated by BCNET and the Summit Program Committee.

VENDOR EXPO
- Platinum sponsors are allocated a 6x20 exhibit booth in a prime/high-traffic booth location
- Please review the complete exhibitor information here (booth info and set-up, expo hours, shipping, etc.)
- Non-Canadian attendees and exhibitors can request an official letter from the Canada Border Services Agency to assist with entry into Canada and the shipment of event materials. Please email us to obtain a copy.

- Tear-down/Egress: April 2 (Wednesday, 5 PM–7 PM)
2025 CONNECT SUMMIT MOBILE APP
- Your organization will have top-billing display on the home screen of the 2025 Mobile App with a link to your company profile's landing page (ie. company logo, description and website link)
- Complete your organization's external-facing profile (contact info, company website, social media links, corporate video etc.)
- Two (2) lead retrieval accounts will be provided for use by your onsite staff. Your marketing contact will receive access to your sponsor portal once the app is ready.
COMPLIMENTARY SUMMIT PASSES
- You are provided 5 full-access passes and 1 expo-only pass
- You may purchase additional Summit passes at the non-member rate.
- Registration codes and details were provided to your marketing coordinator
