This session is primarily focused at staff who oversee, support or administer videoconferencing at their institution. The HD Videoconferencing Service Working Group has been investigating cost effective options to supply videoconference bridging services to members in response to increasing demand. The session will discuss a proposal for a videoconference bridging shared service to be hosted on the BCNET network. Working group members will discuss the options investigated and the proposed approach for the shared service. This will be an interactive session where we would like to hear comments on the approach and discuss interest from BCNET member institutions.
