The Psychology of Highly-Effective Teams
Last year's session on neuroleadership got me thinking about the psychology behind successful team building. As a psychology student and supervisor of a highly successful service desk team, this session will speak about this subject and my experience in building teams. Participants will get to experience some group/team dynamics and hopefully come away with a greater understanding of how highly effective teams can be formed.
