The BCNET Shared Systems and Technology Service portfolio has grown to 24 solutions encompassing educational technology, IT procurements, enterprise licences and IT shared services for higher ed institutions in BC. With the rapid expansion of service offerings, the BCNET service team is focused on enhancing existing services for members, while exploring the addition of new services. In this session, Dean will share the success in delivering secure, highly reliable services at the Q9 data centre in Kamloops. He will also tell you about some of new service offerings on the horizon such as Riipen, BlackBoard, Ally, TurnItIn, BigBlueButton and TeamDynamix.
