ITIL Foundation Training 


BCNET partnered with Service Management Art to offer ITIL® training for members. The ITIL Foundation course is an exciting and dynamic three-day course that introduces learners to the lifecycle of managing IT services in order to deliver business expectations.
The course incorporates an engaging case-study based approach to learning the core disciplines of ITIL Best Practices, thereby, positioning students to successfully complete the Foundation exam. Passing the ITIL Foundation exam is a pre-requisite for admission into ITIL Intermediate-level training courses.

COBIT 5 Foundation Certification Training


BCNET partnered with TrainCanada to offer COBIT® 5 Foundation Certification training for members. The purpose of the Foundation certification is to ensure member institutions have sufficient knowledge and understanding of COBIT® 5 , the leading framework for the governance and management of enterprise IT.

The training will help participants to understand the governance and management of enterprise IT, create awareness with internal business executives and senior IT management, assess the current state of campus enterprise IT environments, and scope the aspects of COBIT® 5 to implement.

Business Relationship Management Professional Training


BCNET partnered with Value Shepherd to offer the Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP) course for its members. 

This course immerses the student in the principles of Business Relationship Management. Value Shepherd is accredited by the Business Relationship Management Institute (BRMI®) to deliver these courses. The BRMP training and certification program is intended for Business Relationship Managers, with the training and certification designed to provide a solid baseline level of knowledge.
