Sourcing Contracts

Our goal is to deliver greater efficiencies and savings by offering a marketplace of competitively sourced information technology and general contracts. We measured a total aggregated savings and efficiencies of $92 million between 2013 to 2017 for the higher education sector in British Columbia.

Our procurement processes aim to source service agreements that meet member requirements, provide the best overall price, minimize duplication and follow a process compliant with legislative and regulatory requirements.

Our members have access to a team of in-house procurement experts. The team provides outstanding value through supply management expertise and innovative collaborative approaches to sourcing contracts.

In 2017, they broadened the information technology and general contracts portfolio, adding five new information technology contracts and three extended contracts, and executed 21 general contracts for the entire sector.
