Join Mat Burke and Craig Simpson for an update on changes to the BCNET/Microsoft software licensing agreement for the public, post-secondary sector in B.C.. A review of the BCNET Education Desktop software licensing package will be followed by Office 365 and Microsoft Azure licensing as it relates to the new in-Canada datacenters, and upcoming changes to Windows Server and System Center licensing. Craig and Mat will also highlight several areas of licensing that have become free in the last year, including the Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack (MDOP) and advanced Office 365 functionality.
