Your organization can’t afford for you to miss this productive session! Come prepared to roll up your sleeves and get to work on building your security plan. Participants may choose from NIST, Defensible Security, or BYOS (Bring Your Own Standard). We will begin with a self assessment where you will be asked to identify desired future state, perform a gap analysis, prioritize the outstanding items and place them on a GANTT chart.  You will leave with a Power Point presentation that will help you to effectively communicate the plan to executive or other stakeholders. We will cover effective messaging and visual aids to build support for your security program.
